"Body Talk" can be taught, shared and processed in my office.

It is also a therapeutic technique you can do at home to move and shift emotional states. Choose lyrics that resonate with your psyche at any given point in time. Go beyond the mental constructs of words.  Expand expression into your entire being rather than staying in thought of mind and talk by mouth.

You can even express yourself in "body talk" to a partner, a sibling, a parent, friend or an age appropriate child.

(A great technique to teach children for getting in tune with their bodies, feeling emotions and moving energy as a form of expression). Don't take yourself too seriously!  This form of expression is just like every other stage of life. You are and you aren't performing ;)  It's like any and every other thing you do!! Allow for your personality to come through.

Blocked somatic energy can result in the release of trapped emotions via routes of: rage, anger, over-neediness or withdrawal, addictions, alcohol, eating disorders, gambling avoidance, over-working, food choices, unconnected  sex (to self and other) and more!

Even when one works out at the gym and/or exercises, this physical activity doesn't externalize and connect the emotional states within.  It simply switches your gears from operating in a parasympathetic nervous system route  to a sympathetic nervous system route.  Body talk is the joining "track" of both systems that frees the soul.
