We typically don't think of life as sandwiching us in from the surround as we are socially trained to take an individualistic "I" approach to viewing our gains, failures of various assets, liabilities etc. We are trained to view social dynamics, friendships and relationships from a self manifestation perspective.
I invite you to explore the concept of how much of y0ur life might be determined by the imposition of factors such as:
Many people and therapist take the "YOU role" regarding the judgment of your life. Yes, to an extent we are responsible for our edifices of human construction. And . . . there is definitely a "Jack in the Box me in factor" that plays a role in keeping our individualized full potential from being reached.
If you notice that you are feeling bored with your life, or that things have gotten monotonous . . .If you notice yourself feeling overly anxious, depressed, tired of the same old routine, unimpressed by the regurgitated dialogue, food availabilities, played music etc. . . . .you may want to think about what your life would look like if y0u plucked yourself out in an Amish Rumspringa way (see previ0us blogpost) and r4e0-inserted yourself for a period of time in an environment with completely new variables
The above picture was taken by a teenager who was struggling with some mild depression following the rearrangement of her family tribe. She went on a weekend excursion and left her cocooned depression in the past. . . .ready to "launch" herself into college with a new start.
