For those people who seem to love calorie counting and talking about this diet or that fad or high protein this and fat that . . . you may need kentonacidopholous. I'm kidding. How about, "how many calories did you eat today or that Big Mac was 1000!! How do those numbers taste guys? I didn't realize that Sesame Street permeated into the adult community of living? If the numbers and %s and BMI (bowel movement inventory) - kidding again for those who don't have the 6th sense of humor and beyond taste good to you - fantastic!! Who am I to judge? I personally would rather judge the judgers if I wanted to exert kiloJoules in in that direction.
Do the traditional meal program of: breakfast, lunch and dinner . . . possibly two s snacks and a light dessert sound good? Count count count. . . .followed by blame lame blame of self. Udder flagellation searing the self. Wouldn't y0u rather eat a steak and enjoy it whenever you wanted even if it was for breakfast instead of branding your blame on your body?
Oh - and then, you can pass along this Cooke Monster conditioning of eating numbers to your children so you can follow them struggling with whatever adversity you create for them. Fun right? Gives y0u something to do! Can y0u imagine what y0ur life would be like if you "trusted" that y0ur children could adequately monitor their own bodies and adjust and calibrate completely by themselves? After all, seeds come with their full nutrition and cycle memory to fruition into lovely trees, grow berries, nuts, fruits or what not, spawn and then re-fruit themselves. What if the snake was actually eliminated from the DIEt??? and from your focused analysis on your children? Whatever would you do with your time? And - what if they actually broke out of your box of unhatched eggs and flew to their own BEAT? Might you feel scrambled? Or a little beater up? What ever would that do to your ego?

Allow for your children to tune into their own bodies and eat when they are hungry. What if they were even hungry for desert for dinner??? Can y0u imagine? Would it kill y0ur world if they honored their body? . . . .if they missed traditional dinner here and there? If you were to actually follow through on a concept like this . . ..you may just realize that they want salad for Break-Fast
